The Best Revenge is to Look Good
I lost about 9lbs in a week.

The healthy way. I didn’t starve myself nor did I throw up. I just took about a million calories out of my diet and snacked on fruit instead of junk food.I exercised to a bare MINIMUM. Like just walking and about 30-100 crunches a day. I did drink a LOT of water though. And I was on my period when I started this so the first few pounds could have been water weight? Idk, but whatever it is, ITS WORKING ALL RIGHT. :)

I wish my body can keep this kind of progress up for the next two months or so and I’ll be down to my UGW (120) in no time!
