So its been a month since I started this blog. I have only lost 10lbs since then. Not really excited about it, but I’m not going to beat myself up for it either. I know I can do better this month. And atleast I didn’t GAIN anything. So proud of that. 

Month #2 Goals.

- ABSOLUTELY NO CARBS. NO PASTA, NO BREAD,NO RICE.

- More cardio. Just walk it off. 

- More water.

GW for Nov.21 = Less than or at least 190lbs.

Let’s see how far I can do this.
